Hello Dr Christie

Hi everyone, I've joined the Sydney Family Chiropractic team as a locum chiropractor, bringing a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live well.

Originally beginning my career in the corporate sector, I felt drawn to health and wellbeing and made the decision to pursue chiropractic — a choice driven by my love of movement, fitness, and understanding how the body works. Having completed both a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University Im a proud member of the Australian Chiropractors Association.

For as long as i can remember i have always led an active lifestyle. Growing up as a keen cross-country runner, I later discovered a love for powerlifting and high-intensity interval training during her Duke of Edinburgh awards. My enthusiasm for trying a wide range of sports has given me a deep appreciation for human biomechanics and how the body adapts to different physical demands.

I enjoy treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions and take a tailored, patient-centred approach to care.

 

My treatments may include a combination of soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, chiropractic adjustments, exercise rehabilitation, and patient education, with the goal of supporting long-term results — not just short-term relief.

I treats adults of all ages and is able to speak conversational Cantonese.
